CASE SUBMISSION

Our simple but yet very efficient platform is delivering everything you need to optimize your workflow. Starting a case by examining your patient and transmitting the key datas including intraoral scans or scans of silicon impressions via your personalized portal.

DIAGNOSTICS

Our highly educated planners supported by our AI planning unit are able to supply you with a treatment plan of superior standard in very little time.

Our standard protocol is to move the teeth maximum 0,3 mm per step and rotate them 2-3 degrees. Of course we are totally flexible and can adapt to our customers needs.

TREATMENT APPROVAL

Once you and your patient is happy with the result you simply approve our treatment plan proposal with one simple click on your platform.

PRODUCTION

Once you and your patient are happy with the result we produce the aligners. Thermoformed on individual 3D printed positive molds, out of medical PET according to the highest standards of EMA and FDA and CNC cut and finished. We are confident to say that our aligners are one of the most, if not the most comfortable and transparent currently on the market and our team is working hard to constantly improve our products.

Our standard aligners are 0.8mm in diameter and due to our vast experience in premium plastic components we are able to deliver the highest Standard on the market currently available.
